Stark State College of Technology - Corporate Services & Continuing Education Facility |

The new Corporate Services and Continuing Education Facility is one of the first LEED projects for Stark State College as they strive to make their campus and buildings more sustainable. The project consists of a renovation of 18,000 square feet of space at the old Hoover Plant located in North Canton, Ohio. One Stop Energy Services is assisting Stark State in their endeavor by providing Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning for the project. In addition One Stop Energy Services is providing a before and after building envelope evaluation which will be submitted for an Innovation in Design point on the project. | Stark State College of Technology - North Academic Building |

Another new addition to Stark State College's Campus is a 37,000 sqft facility that will house state of the art classrooms. This addition will be added to the corner of Mega St. and Frank Ave. The building is currently on track to achieve LEED Silver certification. One Stop Energy Services is providing the Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning the project as well as an evaluation of the envelope after construction is complete in 2011 for a LEED Innovation in Design point. |

| Stark State College of Technology - Business and Entrepreneurial Center |

The Business and Entrepreneurial Center is a new three story facility with a total of 40,000 sqft. It will be the home of the College of Business at Stark State College and incorporate a new Auditorium space for seminars and lectures on campus. The project is on track for LEED Silver certification. One Stop Energy Services is providing the Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning the project as well as an evaluation of the envelope after construction is complete in 2011 for a LEED Innovation in Design point. |

| Fredericktown K-12 |

Fredericktown K-12 is 150,000+ sqft school near Mansfield, Ohio. The facilility was extended to a full K-12 in 2007 with a Geothermal WSHP System. One Stop Energy Services helped the school find their areas of energy loss by reviewing the controls operation, Thermal Imaging of the facility, and a maintenance review. |
