Pre-Design
The Commissioning process starts in pre-design where One Stop Energy
Services works with the owner to develop the Owner’s Project Requirements.
This document becomes the benchmark of the owner’s expectations
and needs from a operation and performance standpoint.
Construction Phase
The construction phase consists of site visits and documentation review
to make sure the items beings installed and the quality of the installation
meet the requirements of the Owner’s Projects Requirements. Weekly
site visits are performed by One Stop Energy Services to review the installation
progress, locate any issues areas, and work with the Construction Team
to resolve issues that arise. Construction checklists are used to assist
in this process and to document the construction of the building for
the Systems Manual.
As the Construction Phase comes to completion functional testing is completed
on the Mechanical and Electrical systems to verify they are operating
as required by the Owner’s Project Requirements and that of the
design intent. With the building in operational status training of the
building personal and owner is performed to provide the knowledge required
to maintain the building operation at optimal performance.
